YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy policy.

Last updated: September 26, 2026. This draft describes the information Yehullu currently uses to operate the marketplace. The marketplace operator should review it, add the legal business identity and contact details, and confirm it against applicable law before launch.

Operator details to complete before launch: Legal business/operator name, business address, and privacy contact email. Contact: SUPPORT_EMAIL environment setting is not configured.

1. Information we collect

When you use Yehullu, we may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, password (stored as a password hash), account role, seller shop and product details, uploaded digital files, support messages, and information needed to manage your account.

For an order, Yehullu stores the products and totals, currency conversion rate, payment method, transaction reference, order status, and payment review details. Payments are currently made directly to the displayed Telebirr, CBE Birr, or bank destination and verified manually. Yehullu does not ask for your payment PIN or online banking password.

The site also uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. The storefront may save your bag and favorites in your browser’s local storage. The hosting provider may process ordinary server logs needed to deliver and secure the site. Pages load fonts and product images from external providers such as Google Fonts and Unsplash, which may receive your browser’s connection data when those resources load.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, publish and moderate products, record orders, review payment references, provide downloads after payment approval, send in-site notifications, respond to support requests, maintain the service, and meet legal obligations.

3. How information is shared

Information may be available to marketplace administrators and, where needed to complete an order, the seller responsible for the product. We may use hosting, email, security, and payment service providers to operate Yehullu. Those providers process information under their own terms and applicable arrangements. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the marketplace.

Yehullu does not sell account passwords or payment references. Do not include secrets such as passwords, wallet PINs, or full bank credentials in product files or support messages.

4. Retention and security

We keep account, order, and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Support messages and inactive accounts should be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, subject to those requirements. We use access controls and protected download routes, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

5. Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or ask a question about its use, by contacting the marketplace operator. Some records may need to be retained to complete an order, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations. We will explain any limits that apply to a request.

6. Children and cross-border services

Yehullu is intended for adults and is not designed to collect personal information from children. The service’s hosting and third-party resources may process information in countries other than your own; the operator should identify those providers and review any transfer requirements before launch.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Yehullu changes. The current version and revision date will be posted on this page. For privacy questions or requests, use the contact page.
